4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from DolceMood. If you are not completely satisfied with your Shirts, Shorts, or Skirts, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
